Welfare at St Hugh's is a top priority, and the welfare team are here to offer any support and guidance to any students seeking it.
For any welfare concerns to be taken up directly with college, please email wellbeing@st-hughs.ox.ac.uk - you will be signposted to the correct people in college!
The college are lovely and genuinely helpful; they are currently reviewing their welfare policies and pathways, so for now the above email is the best way to gain clarity on where to go. The Dean (Damian Jenkins) and Senior Tutor (Robert Vilain) also set up termly town-halls (with free pizza) to provide a public forum for gathering student opinion.
The JCR Welfare Reps organise welfare tea every other week, which means lots of free food and a nice opportunity to catch-up with friends and socialise with different people from college.
Week 5 of every term is Welfare Week and involves great events every single day to help welfare away those week 5 blues. This has included free food trucks, North Parade discounts, chocolate fountains and even a visit by alpacas!!

Welfare Pidging
Pidging happens every week. All you need to do is fill out the below form for any supplies you might need (sanitary products, condoms, ear plugs, pregnancy tests etc) by Sunday evening. The welfare team will then deliver them either straight into your pidge, or into a general box in plodge if you would like it to remain anonymous.
