Financial support is available from Hugh's on a number of issues! The College Student Support Committee go over applications every term for bursaries or subsidies. Typically the applications are reviewed by Week 6 and are due Monday of Week 4. You can find out more on the Student Financial Assistance page.
You can apply for specific grants directly from college as well - you can check them out here or email the College Office. Particularly if your travel is relevant to your agree, you can also contact your Department about possible grants.
