Submitting a Motion

A JCR Motion submission form will be sent by the JCR Secretary via email a few days before a JCR General Meeting. The forms will be sent in the following format:

The JCR notes (factual reasons for bringing the motion forward):

The JCR believes (The thoughts of the JCR (i.e. you) on the notes section, and if the motions passes, what the JCR thinks is true):

The JCR resolves (The proposed actions of the JCR. What you put here depends on what you want your motion to achieve. Examples include mandating a JCR officer to do something, release money for spending, or create/change part of the constitution etc. Resolving something means it happens at once):
